♡ This is your time and your space to show up as you are, feel heard, and talk through what’s on your mind. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, confidence, and your next steps—with plenty of encouragement along the way. You’ll have someone in your corner reminding you, “You’ve got this!”

❤️ Can I choose between a phone call or FaceTime/video call?

♡ Absolutely! Sessions can be held by phone or FaceTime/video call—whichever feels most comfortable for you. My goal is to create a space where you feel relaxed, open, and focused during our time together.

❤️ How do I know if coaching is the right step for me?
